You will have access to all Slappin‘ Glass Plus content for as long as you have an active membership.
No, you will be auto-billed annually or semi-anually, depending on your chosen subscription. You will receive an email notifying you of your upcoming subscription renewal.
You can cancel your membership at any time. When you log into Slappin‘ Glass TV click on the “dashboard” option located next to “signout”. Under “billing”, select “change plan” located under your active membership type. Select “cancel membership”. You will still have access to your content through the end of your billing cycle and your membership will not renew.
Once logged into Slappin‘ Glass TV, click on the “dashboard” option located next to “sign out”. Under “billing”, select “use another card”. Once you have added a new card, select “remove card” under the card you’d like to remove.
Members can receive a full refund within 14 days of purchasing their subscription by emailing us at info(at)slappinglass.com. Past the 14 days, refunds will not be granted. To ensure you’re not charged again, unsubscribe before the end of the current billing period
Video playback depends on many factors including the computer/device being used, the internet browser, internet connection quality, and many other variables. If there are playback issues, try viewing the video in a different web browser. If that doesn’t help, try using a different computer/device and making sure your internet connection is strong.
